Article Guidelines

The Daily Tell would like to hear about your nonprofit organization, environmental initiative, or philanthropic event. We are especially interested in how businesses work within the community to improve our environment, sponsor education, and improve the standard the living. If you or your organization has a story idea, please send it to editor -at- thedailytell.com. We cannot pay for articles, but we can help you spread the good word about how you’re making the world a better place.

(Please note that any articles we publish are copyrighted and property of The Daily Tell. However, we encourage anyone to reprint our articles on their sites or printed literature, as long as they give proper attribution and a link to our website).

Press Release Guidlines

The Daily Tell is now accepting press releases from accredited organizations. The criteria is as follows:

1. The press release must fit in with the mission of The Daily Tell. The Daily Tell accepts program and initiative announcements from nonprofit organizations or companies engaging in philanthropic work. Please read Our Mission before submitting your press release.

2. The Daily Tell will not accept press releases promoting for-profit products, expressing political or religious opinions, or announcing that an individual has been hired or promoted.

3. The press release must be from an official representative of the organization or company.

4. The press release must be written in the standard format with full contact information. Any press release without full contact information will be not be accepted.

5. The Daily Tell will accept up to three (3) HTML tags to hyperlinks in the press release, as long as they link to appropriate links relevant to the phrase they are hyperlinking. If the HTML hyperlinks are directed towards any purely commercial or “spammy” sites, the press release will not be accepted.

7. The Daily Tell reserves the right to reject any press release.

8. Please limit your press release to no more than 500 words.

9. Please submit press releases to editor -at- thedailytell.com.
